These are books that have had a positive impact on my life no matter how big or small.

So here is a list of my top 7 :

The Power Of Positive Thinking (by Norman Vincent Peale) -

Learn how to believe in yourself and everything you do, build new power & determination, assume control over your circumstances and be kind to yourself.

Make Your Bed (by Admiral William H. McRaven) -

If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed..

Admiral McRaven shares the 10 life changing principles he learned during Navy Seal training. This timeless book provides simple wisdom, practical advice and words of encouragement that will inspire you to achieve more, even in life darkest moments.

You Are A Badass (by Jen Sincero) -

The ultimate self help book for people who desperately want to improve their lives but don't know where to start. This book has 27 chapters full of inspiring stories, sage advice & easy exercises to help you identify and change your self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviours that stop you from living the life you absolutely love.

This is an absolute must read and is currently my favourite book of the month!

Remember, knowledge is power. In this day and age where social media can be toxic, you should use it to your advantage and constantly learn whilst growing. You can never know too much!
