Have you said your affirmations for the day?... No? Well thats why I'm here to help you.

Today I will be providing you with some personal affirmations that help get me ready to face the day. Now as you may already know affirmations are a way to practice positive thinking and are meant to motivate as and make us feel good. Our subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between truth and lie, thats why its so important to practice the art of positive speaking and positive thinking. Its literally speaking things into existence.

Saying affirmations out loud are proven to boost your mood. Allow these manifestations to flourish into reality and bring abundance and blessings into your life.

I personally like to write my new affirmations into my diary every morning and then repeat them out loud a few times. Each time I repeat them, I make sure to visualise everything I'm speaking like I already have it. Sometimes the vision feels so real it gives me goosebumps!

So here are my affirmations, remember you can change them up and tailor them to what you personally want..just remember to say these affirmations with conviction. I want you to really believe in the power of your own words.

I am a blessing.

I nourish my body and mind with healthy thoughts.

I am worthy of love.

I know everything will work itself out so i don't need to worry or stress over anything.

I am healthy and happy.

I am at peace with my past, working on my future and fully present in the moment.

I attract positivity and abundance.

I am beautiful inside and out.

I have the power to control my thoughts.

I am powerful and fearless.

I will have an amazing day because I am an amazing person!

 Keep these words at the back of your mind while you go through your day and you will see how effective affirmations are. Take time to really think about what you want in life and manifest it, speak it into existence, live your truth.
